My mother in- law gave me an easy burrito recipe last week that I was dying to try but the recipe makes 30 burritos. I decided to make the burrito's up and have a party. My friends were totally excited and each brought something to add. The party was a complete success. Thank you Brian for your delicious tacos, the salsa that brought me to tears and the rediculous pinata that I made you go searching for! Thank you Josh for your homemade macayo chimichangas that I couldn't stop inhaling.Thank you Camille for the frozen daiquiries and last thanks Beka for bringing the chips! You guys are awesome.
Here is the burrito recipe, just in case any of you girls want throw a little Mexican Fiesta.
/////////////////////////////////////
1 bag of Costco Del Reyo (I think that's how you spell it) shredded beef
2 cans of refried beans
2 cans of diced green chiles
1 can of beef gravy
1 onion
Heat all of that up and set aside.
Buy 1bag of costco un-cooked tortillas and fry up 30 tortillas.
Now start making the burritos adding a little of your mix and a sprinkle of cheese.

HELLOOOOOOO! Where was my invitation to your little Fiesta!? :) Guess this is the stuff I miss out on when I go on vacation. Guess you'll just have to have another party so I can come. :)
